F1 2011 Live allows you to follow every race of the current Formula One season from your Android phone.

The application contains a wealth of data about the current season. F1 2011 Live displays details of all the drivers and cars, including up-to-date statistics about their performances this year. There's also information about every race track in the 2011 season, including track measurements, records, event dates, etc.

F1 2011 Live is ideal for following Formula One races live if you're not able to get near a TV. The app offers live text commentary of every race, with in-race comments from F1 journalists and pundits from around the world. You can follow the latest news in between races as well through F1 2011 Live's news service. There's no video content in the app though, which is a little disappointing.

The design of F1 2011 Live looks very attractive, with lots of smart icons, stylish menu backgrounds and up-to-date driver and vehicle photography. However, the physical layout of the menu system is something we think could be tweaked a bit.

For example, when viewing details of a driver, and you click the team icon, you'd think F1 2011 Live would show you details of his car, but it generally shows a different team. Also, the driver and team data is missing as an option in the main menu (i.e. the one that appears when you click the 'Menu' hardware key).

Overall though, F1 2011 Live makes for a handy way to keep up to speed with every twist and turn in the Formula One season.
